Available in denominations from $10 to $500, the shop! card may be redeemed at one store or at many stores. After each purchase, the amount will be deducted from the balance. The shop! card can then be used at other retailers until the entire balance has been spent. Some stores are not able to split with credit or debit cards. If your shop! card balance is less than your total purchase, you may be asked to pay the balance in cash.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind when you are making a purchase with your shop! card: Let the store associate know you are using the shop! card before they start to ring in your purchase. Stores will need to know the value of your shop! card before they can ring in your purchase. To track your shop! card balance, always check the bottom of any receipt issued when you make a purchase using your shop! card. The authorization code at the bottom of the receipt represents your remaining balance.
BULK PURCHASING
Don't forget your clients and employees. For bulk purchase customers, the shop! card makes an ideal gift for clients and a welcome incentive for employees. And the more cards you order, the lower the processing fee will be per card. Orders exceeding $3,500 must be paid by certified cheque or bank draft.
All card processing fees are waived with any order over $1000.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Where can I purchase the shop! card?
A: You can purchase the shop! card at our Guest Service Centre, located in the entrance by Merle Norman (near Sears).
2. Can I purchase the shop! card on-line?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have an on-line service available at this time. Cards may be purchased at the Guest Services.
3. What stores accept the shop! card?
A: Currently most of Regent Mall retailers accept the shop! card. Retailer participation is voluntary, so please inquire prior to making your purchase to ensure the store is accepting the shop! cards.
4. What if I want to spend more than the card value?
A: The shop! card can usually be combined with cash. Be sure to notify the cashier before they process your purchase.
5. Can I add more money to my shop! card?
A: Sorry, no. But you can always purchase a new card.
6. What happens if my shop! card is lost or stolen?
A: Visit our Guest Service Centre, located in the food court. You will need the card number and the original purchase receipt. We will issue you a new card with the reinstated balance minus the $1.50 processing fee.
7. Does my shop! card ever expire?
A: Your card has an activation life of up to 36 months and then the card will expire. However, if any balance remains on your card after 15 months, a $2.00 account maintenance fee will be deducted each month.
8. How do I keep track of my balances?
A: Check www.getmybalance.com or call 1-800-755-8608 or take your card to our Guest Service Centre. You can write in your latest balance in the space provided on the back of the card. When you use your shop! card, the authorization code at the bottom of your receipt represents your remaining balance.
9. What if I want to return an item I purchased with my shop! card?
A: Depending on the retailer's return policy, you may receive a store credit.
10. Can I purchase a bulk order?
A: Of course, for bulk purchasing see Guest Services in the food court. Bulk purchasing can save you money. Please see fee struction listed above under Bulk Purchasing.
11. What Regent Mall stores do not accept the gift card: Deluxe French Fries, Hardy’s Subs, KFC, La Cremiere, Manch Wok, Mmmuffins Specialty Bakery,Teriyaki / Made in Japan, Pretzelmaker and some temporary kiosks.
